Restaurant General Manager

  • Hire, train, and develop team members and leaders
  • Ensure food quality, speed, and accuracy standards are met
  • Manage scheduling, staffing, and labor efficiency
  • Communicate clearly with leadership and team
  • Build a strong, accountable team culture
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall store condition
  • Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control
  • Review performance metrics and drive improvement
  • Support and coach Shift Leaders and team members
  • Ensure a positive customer experience at all times
