️ What You’ll Do as a Rental Equipment Technician:

As a Rental Equipment Mechanic , you will perform maintenance and repairs on Mustang’s expanding fleet of rental construction equipment , including diesel-powered machines , aerial lifts , and man lifts . You’ll inspect, troubleshoot, and repair equipment to ensure safe, reliable performance for our customers.

✅ Position Requirements:

• Must own proper tools to perform necessary repairs
• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous mechanic experience or military service highly valued
• Strong understanding of diesel , electrical , and hydraulic systems
• Ability to demonstrate technical, mechanical, and troubleshooting skills

⭐ Strongly Preferred Experience:

• Technical certificate or associate degree from an accredited program
• Mechanic experience on heavy and light construction equipment
• Experience servicing aerial and man lift equipment
• Technical knowledge of hydraulic pumps, valves, and motors
• Welding experience is a plus
