As we continue to grow across the Americas, we're looking for a strategic yet hands-on HR Business Partner who enjoys working close to the business, solving complex people challenges, and helping leaders build high-performing teams.Supporting our operations across Canada, the United States, and Mexico, you'll be a trusted advisor to leaders while remaining actively involved in the day-to-day execution of HR. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and enjoys balancing strategy with execution.Partner with business leaders across the Americas to align people strategies with business priorities and drive organizational performance.Coach and support managers on leadership, performance management, employee engagement, and talent development.Lead organizational design, workforce planning, restructures, and change management initiatives that support business transformation.Act as the primary HR partner for employee relations matters, workplace investigations, performance issues, and conflict resolution.Partner with leaders throughout the employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, development, promotions, and offboarding.Drive annual talent reviews, succession planning, compensation planning, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.Connect business needs with the right HR expertise to deliver impactful people solutions.Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and HR best practices across Canada, the United States, and Mexico.Analyze people data and trends to provide insights, identify opportunities, and support informed business decisions.Champion VusionGroup's culture, values, and commitment to an inclusive, high-performing workplace.QualificationsQualification we're looking for:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.7+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience as an HR Business Partner supporting business leaders.Proven experience supporting organizations across Canada, the United States, and Mexico.Demonstrated success leading organizational transformation, restructures, organizational design, and change management initiatives.Extensive hands-on experience managing complex employee relations, workplace investigations, performance management, and coaching managers.Strong business acumen with the ability to influence leaders and translate business needs into practical people solutions.Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth, matrixed, or global organization.Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.Professional fluency in English and Spanish is highly preferred.Ability to travel occasionally throughout North America.What success looks like:Builds trusted partnerships with leaders at all levels.Balances strategic thinking with operational excellence.Navigates change with confidence and pragmatism.Makes sound, data-informed decisions.Handles complex employee relations matters with professionalism and integrity.Takes ownership and enjoys being hands-on.Creates a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment.VusionGroup has an international presence in 19 countries.
