If you are energized by building relationships, solving meaningful problems, and helping leaders become even more effective, we would love to hear from you.Multi-state HR business partner experience is required for this position.What You'll DoServe as a Strategic Business PartnerBuild trusted relationships with leaders and develop a strong understanding of their teams, operations, goals, and challengesTranslate business priorities into practical HR strategies and people solutionsAnticipate workforce needs and identify opportunities to strengthen organizational performanceProvide thoughtful, balanced guidance that considers employees, business needs, company values, and riskPartner with HR colleagues and Centers of Excellence to deliver an integrated HR experienceCoach and Influence LeadersCoach leaders on employee relations, performance management, team effectiveness, organizational change, and leadership practicesAsk thoughtful questions that help leaders evaluate issues, consider alternatives, and make sound decisionsInfluence outcomes through credibility, business knowledge, data, and strong relationshipsHelp leaders prepare for and navigate difficult conversations with clarity, consistency, and respectReinforce accountability while supporting leaders in building engaged, high-performing teamsLead Employee RelationsProvide guidance on performance concerns, corrective action, workplace investigations, accommodations, leaves, and other employee mattersConduct fair, thorough, and timely workplace investigationsEvaluate complex situations, identify potential risk, and recommend appropriate next stepsEnsure employee matters are handled consistently, professionally, and with appropriate documentationRecognize when legal or specialized HR guidance is needed and coordinate escalation appropriatelySupport a Multi-State WorkforceApply HR policies and employment practices across multiple states and jurisdictionsResearch state-specific requirements and partner with internal resources to address compliance considerationsHelp leaders understand how applicable laws, policies, and practices affect employment decisionsSupport organizational changes, workforce transitions, and other business initiatives across assigned locationsMaintain current knowledge of evolving HR practices and employment requirementsStrengthen Talent and Organizational EffectivenessPartner with leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and talent developmentIdentify skill gaps, performance trends, and opportunities to strengthen team capabilitySupport employee engagement and retention strategiesGuide leaders through performance and talent review processesPartner with recruiting and leadership teams to attract, select, develop, and retain strong talentSupport change-management efforts through clear communication, leader preparation, and employee engagementUse Data to Drive Better DecisionsAnalyze workforce information to identify trends related to turnover, engagement, staffing, performance, and other people indicatorsTranslate HR data into meaningful insights and practical recommendationsUse facts, patterns, and business context to evaluate problems and recommend solutionsMonitor the effectiveness of HR initiatives and adjust strategies as neededMaintain accurate employee information and documentation within ADP VantageWhat You BringRequired multi-state HR business partner experience, including experience advising leaders across different state employment requirementsFive or more years of progressive human resources experience, including direct experience in an HR Business Partner or comparable consultative HR roleStrong working knowledge of employee relations, performance management, workplace investigations, employment practices, and the employee lifecycleDemonstrated ability to coach and influence leaders at multiple levels of an organizationExperience supporting geographically dispersed employees and operational leadersStrong business acumen and the ability to connect people decisions to operational prioritiesSound judgment and the ability to navigate complex or sensitive situationsExperience using workforce data to identify trends and guide decisionsStrong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and decision-making skillsExcellent relationship-building, consultation, and communication skillsAbility to balance strategic priorities with the timely resolution of day-to-day HR needsExperience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environmentAbility to travel to supported locations as business needs requireExperience with ADP Vantage is strongly preferredBachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred;
