Work Environment This position is entirely remote, allowing you to provide therapy services from a location that suits you while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. As part of our community health clinic, you will utilize a variety of digital platforms to conduct therapy sessions, ensuring that you are well-connected with clients while adhering to the highest standards of privacy and security. Key Responsibilities Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, utilizing tools such as video conferencing software to facilitate engaging and productive interactions. Comprehensively assess each client's unique needs through in-depth interviews and clinical assessments to inform the development of tailored treatment plans. Employ a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to empower clients to achieve their personal goals. Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure that clients are receiving comprehensive support. Maintain accurate and timely electronic documentation of client interactions and progress notes to uphold legal and ethical standards. Patient Population / Client Focus Your clients will consist of a diverse range of individuals and family structures experiencing issues related to interpersonal conflict, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and more. Inner Pathways serves a broad demographic, including those from various cultural backgrounds, working to ensure that all clients feel valued and understood. Your role in this setting will prioritize holistic and culturally-responsive therapy to meet the unique needs of each client. Qualifications A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution. Current and valid LMFT licensure in the state of Oregon, with no restrictions or sanctions. Demonstrated proficiency in working with diverse populations across various therapeutic modalities and settings. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly to clients and colleagues. Exceptional interpersonal skills, characterized by empathy, active listening, and a supportive demeanor. Preferred Experience At least two years of experience providing therapy services to individuals and families in a clinical or community health setting. Additional certifications in specialized therapeutic techniques are a plus, such as Play Therapy or Trauma-Informed Care. Experience in utilizing telehealth technologies for therapeutic purposes, with an understanding of best practices for remote client engagement. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary range of USD 50,000 to 70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and productivity.
