Director, Chronic Practice Growth & Provider Partnerships

Option Care Health is seeking a Director, Practice Liaison (CPL) to lead the Chronic Practice Liaison organization and drive referral growth, provider engagement, and patient progression across chronic therapy markets. This role reports to the Specialty Sales & Solutions leadership team and coordinates with Sales, Operations, Intake, Pharmacy, Nursing, Market Access, and Clinical teams. You will develop and execute commercial strategies to deepen relationships with key prescribers, health #J-18808-Ljbffr
