SPA CONCIERGE | WOODHOUSE SPA FRANKLIN
Love people? Love wellness? Know how to make someone feel genuinely welcome? You may be exactly who we’re looking for.

At Woodhouse Spa Franklin , luxury is about more than beautiful surroundings—it’s about how we make people feel.

Our Spa Concierge team sets the tone from the moment a guest walks through our doors. We’re looking for someone who is warm, polished, dependable, and naturally hospitable —someone who can create a calm, welcoming experience while confidently keeping a busy front desk running smoothly.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Spa Concierge , you’ll be at the heart of the guest experience. You’ll:

• Welcome every guest with warmth and genuine hospitality
• Create seamless check-in and check-out experiences
• Manage appointments, scheduling, phones, and guest requests
• Recommend services, enhancements, memberships, gift cards, and retail products
• Anticipate guest needs and find little ways to make visits special
• Handle questions or concerns calmly and professionally
• Keep front desk and guest areas polished and spa-ready
• Work closely with our massage, esthetics, and leadership teams to keep each day running smoothly

YOU’LL THRIVE HERE IF YOU…

• Genuinely enjoy taking care of people
• Are warm, outgoing, polished, and professional
• Notice details others might miss
• Stay calm and solutions-focused when things get busy
• Are dependable and understand that your team is counting on you
• Are comfortable learning scheduling and point-of-sale technology
• Enjoy recommending products and experiences based on a guest’s needs
• Take feedback well and want to continue learning
• Believe being a great teammate matters just as much as doing your own job well
• Are available to work weekends , an important part of the spa industry

Experience in spa, salon, retail, hotel, restaurant, hospitality, or another guest-facing environment is a plus.

We can teach our systems and services. What we can’t teach is genuine warmth, reliability, work ethic, and the desire to take exceptional care of people.

WHY WOODHOUSE?

This isn’t just another front desk job.

You’ll work in a beautiful luxury spa environment surrounded by people who care about creating exceptional experiences—for our guests and for one another.

What you can look forward to:

• Competitive compensation
• Spa and wellness perks
• Training and professional development
• A supportive, team-centered environment
• Opportunities to grow and advance
• A workplace built around hospitality, professionalism, and heart

WELLNESS BEGINS WITH YOU.

If you’re the person who remembers someone’s name, notices when they need help, jumps in when a teammate needs support, and takes pride in making people feel special—  we want to meet you.
