Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
• Current state licensure or eligibility in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows are also encouraged to apply
• School-based experience or a background working with children and adolescents
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Understanding of IEP processes and commitment to collaborative teamwork

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students across grade levels
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in alignment with students’ IEP goals
• Collaborate regularly with teachers, staff, and families for effective student support
• Maintain accurate and timely records of evaluations, progress, and service delivery
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the student success team as needed
• Offer strategies and resources to teachers and parents for ongoing communication support in the classroom and home
