Kitchen Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate kitchen manager to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a kitchen environment and a strong understanding of food preparation techniques. Weekend availability is necessary but our kitchen closes at 2pm daily so no evening shifts required.

Duties

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
• Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including knives and other culinary tools.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Monitor food quality during preparation and cooking processes.
• Follow health and safety regulations to ensure food safety standards are met.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving and storing food supplies.
