Payroll Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations for a large, multi-site manufacturing organization with more than 5,000 employees. This role will lead the payroll team, ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, maintain compliance with payroll tax and labor regulations, and partner closely with HR and Finance teams. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end payroll processing for a large employee population across multiple locations. Lead, coach, and develop the payroll team. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations. Oversee payroll taxes, W-2s, garnishments, deductions, and audits. Partner with HR, Finance, and Operations to resolve payroll issues and improve processes. Support payroll system administration, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications 7+ years of payroll experience, including leadership experience. Experience supporting payroll for large, complex organizations. Strong knowledge of payroll tax laws and compliance requirements. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors a huge plus. Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
