Career Strategies, Inc. is looking for an expereinced Property Manager to join our team in Albuquerque, NM . The Property Manager will be responsible for the overall operations of the community. This includes overseeing the management team, overseeing maintenance and repairs, and providing residents with a positive experience. We are looking for an experienced leader who is passionate about providing a high-quality experience for residents and employees every day.

Job Title: Property Manager

Schedule/Hours:  | Monday - Friday 9am-6pm (No Weekends)

Job Description

Essential Functions:

• Supervising the activities of the community.
• Ensuring the maintenance and repairs are completed on time and to specifications.
• Ensuring that all resident needs are met on a daily basis.
• Providing direction and guidance to the maintenance staff.
• Ensuring that all required state and federal regulations are met.
• Ensuring that all staff are following state and federal regulations.
• Ensuring that all policies, procedures, rules, and regulations are being followed in accordance with state and federal laws.
• Conducting regular staff meetings to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Ensuring that all residents have a positive experience in regards to their experience at the community.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ year of property management experience or Associate degree or higher in a related field such as hospitality, tourism, construction, or tourism management preferred.
• Tax Credit/ Section 8 experience; or affordable housing experience is highly preferred.
