Apartment Leasing Manager

Position Overview Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking a Leasing Manager to join the Mission Hill Apartments team in Albuquerque. Benefits $19–$20 per hour plus leasing bonuses and renewals $75 leasing commissions Up to $100 renewal bonuses Yearly raises up to 5% 401(k) plan with pre‑tax contributions and up to $4,000 matching Blue Cross/Blue Shield medical insurance for less than $50 a month for the employee Vision and disability insurance 9 paid holidays Paid time off: 1st year 80 hours, years 2‑4 120 hours, 5+ years 160 hours 20% off rent at any of our owned communities (terms and conditions apply) Tuition reimbursement program Discount programs at partnered companies such as Verizon, Expedia, Office Depot and more Responsibilities Greet, assist, and attempt to lease apartments to all prospective residents Create lease documents and facilitate necessary signatures Maintain resident files, both physical and digital (YARDI) Utilize required telephone etiquette and techniques Assist in maintaining a resident relations program Monitor community curb appeal to maintain a welcoming environment Maintain the appearance of condominium units Perform additional functions as requested by the Property Manager Undergo pre‑employment screenings, including a criminal background check and drug screening Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in multifamily housing Strong computer skills and ability to navigate software Good verbal and written communication skills Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus Enthusiastic engagement with prospective and current residents Organized self‑starter Professional in appearance and demeanor #J-18808-Ljbffr
