Responsibilities Perform general maintenance tasks such as repairing and replacing furniture, equipment, fixtures, and appliances. Evaluate furniture repairs and action needed to satisfy our customers. Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly. Fabricate and install various components as needed. Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring that work is completed efficiently and to high standards. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Respond to maintenance requests from tenants in a timely manner. Collaborate with other departments or contractors to ensure smooth operations and resolve maintenance issues. Skills Strong technical skills in general maintenance tasks specifically, electrical, carpentry, and furniture repair. Excellent problem-solving abilities to diagnose and troubleshoot issues effectively. Good communication skills to interact with customers or tenants in a professional and customer service-oriented manner. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and diagrams. Proficiency in using CMMS software for tracking maintenance activities. Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
