In this role, you will support the Food & Beverage Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining high standards of quality and service. \ Responsibilities \ \ Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the food and beverage department. \ Supervise and train staff to deliver outstanding customer service. \ Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. \ Work closely with suppliers and manage inventory control. \ Help develop and implement innovative food and beverage programs and promotions. \ Address guest concerns promptly and professionally. \ Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements \ \ Previous experience in food and beverage management or a similar role. \ Strong leadership and team management skills. \ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. \ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. \ Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. \ Proficient in inventory management and budgeting. \ Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
