DescriptionKforce has a client seeking a MS Teams Collaboration SME in Miami, FL (Florida).Summary:We are seeking a Microsoft Teams Collaboration SME with expertise in Teams Rooms, Teams Phone, and enterprise collaboration technologies. This individual will lead deployments, migrations, administration, and support of Microsoft Teams-based communication and conferencing solutions.Responsibilities:* Serve as the SME for Microsoft Teams Rooms and Teams Phone* Design, deploy, and support Teams Rooms across conference rooms and meeting spaces* Configure and manage Teams Phone, Direct Routing, Calling Plans, and Operator Connect* Lead migrations from legacy voice and conferencing platforms to Microsoft Teams* Deploy and support Teams-certified hardware including Logitech, Poly, Crestron, Lenovo, Neat, Yealink, and Cisco* Troubleshoot complex voice, conferencing, AV, and collaboration issues* Monitor service health, system performance, and user adoption* Partner with infrastructure, network, and security teams to ensure reliable collaboration services* Create technical documentation, standards, and operational procedures* Provide technical leadership and collaboration best practicesRequirements* 5+ years supporting Microsoft collaboration platforms* 3+ years of hands-on experience with Teams Phone and Teams Rooms administration* Experience with SIP telephony, voice migrations, and telephony modernization projects* Experience managing Teams Room devices and AV technologies* Working knowledge of DNS, DHCP, QoS, TCP/IP, VPNs, and firewalls* Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skillsJob TypeContractCompensation37 - $50
