As a Line Cook II, you'll be responsible for mastering multiple kitchen stations, preparing menu items with consistency and precision, and supporting the kitchen team during service. This role is ideal for cooks looking to grow their careers in an upscale, professional kitchen environment. What You'll Do Prepare and execute high-quality menu items across two or more kitchen stations. Follow recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines. Assist with daily food prep, inventory, and kitchen organization. Ensure all food is prepared safely while following sanitation and food handling standards. Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked workstations. Support kitchen leadership during busy service periods. Help train and mentor new team members. Assist with cleaning kitchen equipment, storage areas, and walk-in coolers. Maintain Soho House standards for quality, speed, and guest experience. What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced, upscale restaurant kitchen. Strong knife skills and professional cooking techniques. Ability to work efficiently under pressure. Strong communication and teamwork skills.Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional food quality. Physical Requirements Stand and work on your feet for 8–10 hour shifts. Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 35 lbs regularly. Bend, kneel, crouch, climb, and perform repetitive movements. Work in environments with varying temperatures, including hot kitchens and walk-in coolers.
