Standard Job Description You will be the Embedded Software Engineer for the Embedded Software team. Our team is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining embedded C/C++ software that powers critical missile and fire-control systems. What You Will Be Doing As the Embedded Software Engineer you will be responsible for delivering high-quality embedded solutions that meet demanding mission requirements. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Develop and integrate embedded software components and algorithms into C/C++ applications. Plan, conduct, and coordinate software development activities across the product lifecycle. Design, document, test, and debug software that implements logical and mathematical solutions for mission-critical problems. Apply deep knowledge of computer hardware and system architecture to create robust, performant code. Identify and correct program errors, produce operating instructions, and maintain comprehensive development documentation.
