Account Coordinator

Are you the person who keeps projects organized when schedules change, details pile up, and everyone needs an answer? Terra Stoneworks is looking for an Account Coordinator to support the day-to-day coordination of builder projects behind the scenes. You’ll keep installation and service schedules updated, maintain accurate shop tickets and project details, upload color selections, and make sure information moves smoothly between the office and production teams. This is a role for someone who is responsive, proactive, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure. What you'll get $45,000–$55,000 (annual base salary) Paid Time Off Paid Training Complete benefits Responsibilities: Communicate updates and changes with internal teams Coordinate installation and service schedules as builder timelines change Update shop tickets, color selections, and project information accurately Manage calls, emails, and system updates with speed and accuracy Follow up on open items and take initiative to keep projects moving Qualifications: More than 2 years of builder or countertop/fabrication experience preferred Calm under pressure with strong follow-through and attention to detail Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing changing priorities Proficient with phones, computer systems, and data entry Responsive, proactive, and able to work independently Compensation: $45,000 – $55,000 base salary
