We’re partnering with a company seeking a strong Controller to lead financial reporting, drive process improvements, strengthen internal controls, and deliver actionable insights that support key business decisions. This is an opportunity to step into a leadership role where your expertise will help shape financial strategy and drive business performance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.• Demonstrated experience in a Controller or senior accounting leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong background in manufacturing cost accounting and inventory-related financial analysis.
• Solid knowledge of corporate accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Proven ability to lead closing activities and produce accurate financial statements on schedule.
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and communicate recommendations effectively.
• Proficiency with accounting systems and spreadsheet-based financial analysis tools.
