Inventory Coordinator
Hire Up is looking for a skilled Inventory Coordinator for our client in San Diego!
Schedule: Early Morning Shift | 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
We are seeking an Inventory Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations with a focus on returned materials, inventory accuracy, and cross-team communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and process returned or damaged items
- Determine appropriate disposition of materials (restock, rework, or removal)
- Maintain accurate inventory records and system updates
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies
- Communicate with external partners regarding returns and credits
- Assist with stock organization, reconciliation, and general warehouse support
- Operate basic warehouse equipment and maintain a clean work area
- Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Prior warehouse, distribution, or inventory experience preferred
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and manage multiple priorities
