Beverage Supervisor - Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion

The Role The Beverage Supervisor is responsible for directing all activities of the beverage department. Responsibilities Direct all activities of the beverage department. Conduct monthly inventory to ensure all alcoholic beverages are accounted for. Coordinate the movement of beverages and equipment per restaurant and catering operations. Provide overall operational and financial responsibility of beverage outlet. Maintain the highest standards of beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits through excellent customer service. Cooperate with the Purchasing Manager regarding beverage orders. Develop and implement beverage menu. Monitor beverage inventory and pricing daily, updating restaurant bar menus as needed. Develop and institute beverage training for F&B team. Train staff on state and local beverage laws and regulations, including proper customer service of all alcohol products. Provide a safe and reliable environment for customers and employees. Maintain drive to provide exceptional customer service. Follow and encourage the team to follow all safety policies and procedures, including reporting unsafe work conditions and completing company-wide safety training. Report all safety incidents (injuries and illnesses) to the company’s risk management system (Origami Risk) on the same day as the incident is reported. Qualifications Ability to work long hours and flexible shifts including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays. College degree preferred. Food & Beverage and/or restaurant experience preferred. Maintain personal hygiene and well‑groomed appearance standards. Work independently or in a team setting to set up and execute an event. Willingness and drive to exceed guest expectations. Effectively listen and take direction from management. Excellent knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette. Be punctual and dependable. Make quick and accurate decisions. Possess strong organizational skills. Delegate duties when necessary. Remain calm in stressful situations while maintaining a smile. Perform under pressure effectively for extensive periods while maintaining professionalism. Read, speak, and write English to interact with staff and guests.
