Office Support Specialist

Job Summary We are seeking an Office Support Specialist for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Middleton, WI. This role is ideal for a dependable, customer-focused professional with experience in office services, mailroom operations, administrative support, or customer service. Key Responsibilities Manage daily office services operations, including mail, print, copy, scanning, package handling, and general office support. Drive approximately 1.2 miles to the post office each day for mail pickup and delivery. Sort, process, distribute, and track incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and shipping materials. Operate printers, copiers, multifunction devices, and scanning equipment while providing basic troubleshooting support. Serve as the primary onsite contact for customer requests, work orders, service updates, and facility support needs. Assist with inventory tracking, office supply ordering, conference room coordination, and basic A/V support. Compensation and Benefits Pay rate: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour, with current assignment details listing $20.00 per hour. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Hours: 40 hours per week.
