Shift Type: Nights, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 12-hour shifts, every other weekend (EOW), every other major holiday

Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead as charge nurse, coordinating resident care and making a real impact
- Administer medications safely and accurately
- Perform wound care and treatments with compassion
- Provide skilled nursing to residents with heart disease, diabetes, and dementia
- Collaborate with the on-call physician and interdisciplinary team
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents
Qualifications
- Active RN license (compact accepted)
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of LTC experience
- Experience with MatrixCare EMR
- Ability to act as charge nurse and pass medications
Knowledge & Skills
- Medication administration expertise
- Wound care and treatment knowledge
- Charge nurse leadership skills
- Familiarity with long-term care regulations
- Strong communication and teamwork
- Compassionate care for residents with chronic conditions
