Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Home Health Aide (HHA) - Make a Difference in Patients' Lives!

What We're Looking For:

Altra Homecare Group seeks compassionate, dedicated CNAs and HHAs to join our growing team. You'll play a vital role in delivering essential in-home care that improves patients' quality of life.

Responsibilities:

Assist with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, ambulation, feeding, medication reminders
Ensure patient safety and well-being: follow care plans
Promote independence: assist with light housekeeping, errands, and social interaction
Maintain accurate documentation: adhere to HIPPA guidelines
Meet all training and certification requirements.

Requirements:

18+ years old with valid driver's license & auto insurance
Strong work ethic, compassion, and reliability
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to follow instructions and document care meticulously
Prefer minimum 1 year of relevant experience
