Job Description The Counter Sales Representative will manage the sales counter at our branch locations, which offer a variety of equipment, parts, and supplies from multiple brands. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service in a dynamic, sales-driven environment. Benefits for this Position:

- Take customers sales orders
- Build relationships with our customers and associates
- Create customer value with ultimate customer service that will drive 100% customer loyalty and satisfaction
- Support to the operations of the branch and branch manager
- Provide an excellent customer experience
- Local market knowledge (Preferred but not required)
- 1-3 yrs. of counter experience in HVAC wholesale Distribution (Preferred but not required)
- Great customer service and communication skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Pass pre-employment screening
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Ability to sit for 20+ minutes at a time
- Ability to push, pull at least 20+ pounds
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, kneel, crouch or crawl
- Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts, pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
