What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality care to neonates in a Level III NICU setting
• Attend high-risk deliveries and stabilize newborns immediately postpartum
• Care for healthy newborns in a family-centered nursery environment
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
• Support on-call coverage and emergency response protocols
• Lead or participate in quality improvement initiatives in neonatal care

What You Need

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Georgia
• Neonatal Intensive Care experience (preferred)
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Compassionate, team-oriented attitude
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively
