Payroll Clerk

Rock House is looking for an experienced Payroll Clerk. Responsibilities will include processing employee payroll records and ensuring compliance with payroll regulations. Collect and verify employee work hours, calculate wages, and issue direct deposits or paychecks. Update payroll records with changes in employee status, deductions, benefits. Ensure all payroll information is accurate and up-to-date. Address and resolve payroll discrepancies by carefully reviewing information. Generate payroll reports. Work close with HR to manage payroll information effectively.

Position Requirements: 2-3 years' experience in processing payrolls preferred. Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in payroll processing. Familiarity with payroll software and Excel for data entry and calculations. Good verbal and written communication skills to interact with employees regarding payroll inquiries. Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information with discretion.
