You determine your own pay during every service. We also have a very high rate of generously tipping clients and pass along 100% of tips to our therapists.Career Development - Professional training, development, and continuing education opportunities. Your work environment is always a priority.All Supplies Provided - Your positive attitude combined with our facility and supplies is a winning combination!Employee Discounts and Free Services - Who doesn't love a good discount on great products, services, and gift cards?Employee Referral Bonus - Get paid for sharing your great experiences at Hand and Stone with your Therapist friends!What You'll Be Working On:Design specific treatment plans based on client's individual needs.Create an excellent experience for members/guests through a friendly and helpful attitude.Generate new clientele by promoting member referrals and memberships.Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.Please come join us if you:Have a passion for healing, helping, and taking care of clients.Have an active Nebraska Massage license.Have prior knowledge/experience of Swedish massage.Have great communication skills and connect well with staff and clientsKnowledge of other various modalities preferred (Neuromuscular, Myofascial, Trigger Point, Pre-Natal, Craniosacral, Reiki, Deep Tissue), but not required.
