A large healthcare organization is seeking a Program Coordinator to support Nursing Administration programs and initiatives. This position will coordinate program activities, stakeholder communications, meetings, workflows, events, reporting, and project milestones while helping ensure programs operate accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, and experienced in coordinating multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain correspondence with program stakeholders and serve as a liaison between the program and applicable departments.

• Coordinate meetings, including electronic invitations, attendance rosters, meeting minutes, file management, and follow-up activities.

• Develop and maintain workflows designed to support timely, accurate, and efficient program operations.

• Maintain program databases and tracking tools, including Excel-based resources.

• Coordinate the movement and scheduling of learners through program activities.

• Gather project and event requirements to establish expectations, objectives, timelines, and execution plans.

• Coordinate program events from planning through successful completion.

• Document project-specific activities, including tasks, milestones, timelines, and deliverables.

• Establish project timelines and monitor team members' progress toward deadlines and program goals.

• Identify potential non-clinical project risks, including delays, budget constraints, and performance concerns.

• Develop solutions to operational barriers when possible and escalate barriers to the appropriate project sponsor in a timely manner.

• Collect and analyze stakeholder feedback and other information used to evaluate project outcomes and measures of success.

• Prepare project and program reports for leadership and project sponsors.

• Maintain accurate program files, documentation, and tracking information.

• Support program leadership with accreditation and designation activities.

• Coordinate schedules, resources, and timelines across multiple program activities.

• Utilize event management tools, learning management systems, Outlook, Microsoft Office, and other program tools to support operations.

• Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, respect, integrity, and attention to service excellence in interactions with stakeholders and team members.

• Perform additional program and project coordination duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in a health-related field, business, or engineering required.

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience.

• Experience with scheduling, resource coordination, and time management in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent time-management skills and ability to work independently.

• Strong attention to accuracy and detail.

• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, meetings, and program activities simultaneously.

• Experience developing or maintaining project and program tracking tools.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Office applications.

• Proficiency with program management tools, event management tools, and learning management systems.

• Ability to collect, organize, and analyze program or project information.

• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to identify operational risks and appropriately escalate barriers.

• Experience supporting program events, meetings, or learner activities preferred.

• Experience supporting healthcare, education, training, or administrative programs is advantageous.
