Robert Half is looking for a Talent Sourcer to strengthen recruiting efforts for a retail organization in Las Vegas. This contract to permanent opportunity is well suited for a sourcing specialist who enjoys finding talent with relevant experience, initiating meaningful outreach, and building strong candidate pipelines for ongoing staffing needs. The role works closely with recruiting partners and hiring stakeholders to keep searches organized, active, and moving forward efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and sustain candidate pipelines for both immediate openings and upcoming staffing needs across multiple positions.

• Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing methods to locate, assess, and connect with individuals whose backgrounds match target roles.

• Initiate outreach through direct messaging, networking efforts, and outreach calls to spark candidate interest and expand the talent pool.

• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring partners to understand role priorities and shape effective sourcing approaches.

• Maintain accurate recruiting documentation by recording candidate activity and keeping pipeline information up to date.

• Support fast-paced staffing demand by balancing multiple requisitions and ensuring a steady flow of prospective candidates.

• Organize follow-up activity and interview coordination to help maintain momentum throughout the staffing process.

• Handle candidate communications and recruiting information with care, discretion, and attention to confidentiality.

• Prior experience sourcing talent within a corporate recruiting or talent acquisition setting.
• Hands-on ability with LinkedIn Recruiter and other digital sourcing platforms.
• Demonstrated success engaging prospective candidates through direct outreach and cold calling.
• Experience contributing to recruiting efforts in high-volume hiring environments.
• Strong organizational ability with the capacity to manage several searches at once.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of recruiting workflows, candidate tracking, and pipeline management.
