Temporary Real Estate Attorney

Trustpoint.One is pleased to be partnering with the Cincinnati office of a national law firm in their search for a Temporary Real Estate Attorney with a minimum of three years of commercial leasing experience. This is a terrific opportunity to work with a collegial and client-focused group of attorneys. Base pay range $65.00/hr - $75.00/hr Responsibilities Draft and negotiate retail leases (inline, pad sites, anchors, kiosks). Manage high-volume leasing pipelines for shopping centers, malls, and mixed-use developments. Work directly with leasing brokers, asset managers, property managers, and in-house counsel. Translate business terms into lease language and flag risk areas. Abstract leases for acquisitions, financings, or refinancing, and review existing leases for compliance, defaults, exclusives, and termination rights. Skills At least three years of Commercial Real Estate attorney experience in either a law firm or corporate setting. Highly organized with ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Strong attention to detail. Extensive computer and database expertise. Qualifications J.D. from an ABA‑accredited law school and active bar licensure in any U.S. state.
