Position Overview

This is a full-time Sales Representative career opportunity with Brady Crawford State Farm in Kansas City, MO for someone who wants to build a long-term sales career in the insurance industry. You will receive structured training, hands-on coaching, and a clear path from your first policy to running your own book of business.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain customer relationships through consultative conversations about coverage needs
• Meet weekly and monthly outreach and production goals
• Participate in product training and licensing coursework
• Set appointments and move prospects through the sales process
• Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline records in the agency system

You Will Do Well Here If You

• Keep going after a no — most policies are written on the third or fourth contact
• Want to be measured on quotes written and policies bound
• Like knowing exactly where you stand against a number every week

Qualifications

• Prior sales, retail, or customer-facing experience preferred — insurance training and licensing provided
• Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses
• Team-oriented with a positive, coachable attitude
• Strong phone presence and clear, confident communication
• Self-motivated and comfortable with consistent outreach and follow-up

Pay range: $65,000-$85,000 per year

This range reflects expected total compensation—including base salary, commissions, and bonuses—when performance goals are met. Base salary varies based on experience and licensing. Commissions are uncapped, and high performers regularly exceed this range.
