## Business Development AnalystApplylocations: NY-Headquarters 26th-28th Floorstime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: R0026619**Business Development Representative**As a Business Development Representative reporting to the Business Development Manager, Americas, you'll play a critical role in generating qualified pipeline and accelerating growth across global financial institutions for Nasdaq FinTech solutions.You bring strong communication skills, a global mindset, and a passion for financial services, technology, and building meaningful customer relationships.**Key Responsibilities*** Generate qualified sales opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification across target financial institutions.* Execute account-based prospecting strategies by identifying key stakeholders, business priorities, and growth opportunities within assigned accounts.* Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer challenges, objectives, and buying processes.* Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Partners, and Solution teams to drive pipeline creation and support revenue growth.* Maintain accurate CRM data, track activities, and continuously optimize outreach strategies to improve performance.**Required Qualifications*** Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.* 2+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales Development, Inside Sales, or Enterprise Prospecting.* Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.* Demonstrated ability to research, qualify, and prioritize opportunities in a fast-paced environment.* Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms.**Preferred Qualifications*** Experience selling enterprise SaaS, FinTech, capital markets, banking, risk, compliance, or regulatory technology solutions.* Understanding of financial institutions, capital markets, or broader financial services ecosystems.* Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, SPICED, Challenger, or similar frameworks.This position will be located in **New York**and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.**Come as You Are**Nasdaq is an equal opportunity employer. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth.
