Details Work in the Med/Surg Telemetry unit of a hospital setting Night shift schedule with 3x12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM 13-20 week contract options available Requirements Active Ohio RN license or Compact RN license required in hand Minimum of 18 months permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS (preferred) One professional reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty required, from an assignment worked within the past 12 months Must complete BCI/FBI fingerprinting within 48 hours of signing contract Additional Information Provide direct patient care to Med/Surg Telemetry patients on the night shift Local candidates accepted at the same bill rate PBDS assessment is waived, but ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate tests must be passed during orientation with a maximum of 2 attempts Nurses are exempt from the facility's nicotine-free requirement Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date Assignments may extend up to 18 consecutive months, after which a 6-month break is required before returning unless otherwise approved First-time travelers are not required for this position American Traveler Job ID P-745085.
