Our headquarters is located at 151 Dixon Avenue, Amityville, NY, and is an upscale and professional building.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSBe able to perform all assigned tasks which typically include but are not limited to the following:Check and make sure the company vehicle, pressure washer machinery, hoses, chemicals, and tools are stocked and in working orderVisit clients and understand their pressure washing needsUse pressure washers and pertinent machinery to clean all types of surfaces including homes, buildings, windows, roofs, awnings, decks, patios, walkways, driveways, and fencingRemove dirt, grime, mold, mildew, and other organic growth from surfacesUse degreasers or removal chemicals as labels recommend when requested Inspect surfaces being cleaned to assure chemicals and ratios used do not damage the finishes of each productSpot-check areas to ensure the surfaces cleaned and up to company standardsReview job with the client once you are completeClear the job site and store all hoses and equipment correctlyFollow all safety protocols to prevent damage or injuryReport incidents, procedure, or safety violations to management.Ability to monitor time and set priorities to ensure residential homes and commercial properties are cleaned within a given time frame.This is a fulltime 12 month role. Pressure washing peak months are March-September/Oct, other months will be responsible for carpet cleaning/floor care jobs.SKILLS:Experience operating pressure washing equipment required; Knowledge of different cleaning solutions and their appropriate usesAbility to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervisionStrong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality resultsExcellent time management skills to meet deadlines and complete assigned tasks in a timely mannerPhysical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and work in various weather conditionsPlease note that this is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to lift heavy equipment and stand for extended periods of time.OTHER JOB DUTIESAll other tasks as assigned by management.Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to be considered for employment.Location: Long Island, NYBilingual English/Spanish required
