Operations AdministratorWe are hiring immediately for a full-time Operations Administrator for our warehouse team. As a member of the Operations Team, you will perform general administrative tasks by running various reports, maintaining customer information, and assisting with tasks to ensure the branch is compliant. Our teams are made up of people who care about continuous improvement, not big egosResponsibilities:Oversee inventory control procedures including maintaining files, generating and updating reports, assisting in product cycle counts, checking shipped dates and locked ordersReview return authorization and credit memo forms pending return of material; inspecting condition of return material through final dispositionResearch tax and freight claims and work with financial services to clear claimsBasic accounting duties such as light accounts receivables and payables, invoice approval preparation, running credit memosRun various reports such as tax, manual sales order, fleet, securityResponsible for building maintenance and security, equipment maintenance, maintain supplies, compliance to health and safety program (HASP) and monthly OSHA LogsRespond to internal customers with corrective actionQualifications:High School degree or equivalent1 year of operational or administrative experience preferred1 year of logistics and warehouse experience preferred1 year of customer service and inside sales experience preferredGood verbal and written communication skillsStrong computer skills, including Microsoft OfficeAttention to detail and the ability to multi-taskAbility to work in a team environmentKnowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and terminologyWe are Wesco. For eligible positions, compensation may include participation in a bonus or sales incentive plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plan documents. For certain sales roles, Wesco also offers a commission structure that provides additional compensation based on sales results, as defined by the applicable commission plan. In addition, Wesco offers a benefits program for eligible employees, which may include paid time off, medical, dental, and vision coverage, and retirement savings plans.
