Project Coordinator

We are seeking a Project Coordinator / Project Management Analyst to support capital and operational projects by providing project scheduling, documentation, reporting, communication, and administrative support. This role works closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to help ensure projects remain organized, on schedule, and aligned with established project management standards. This position offers exposure to large-scale infrastructure and operational projects while providing opportunities to develop project management skills in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities Support project managers with scheduling, coordination, and project administration activities Gather, analyze, validate, and organize project information from multiple stakeholders Maintain project plans, schedules, action logs, and supporting documentation Assist with project communications and coordinate information across project teams Update project tracking tools and ensure project records remain accurate and current Support cost tracking, forecasting, and budget-related activities Facilitate collaborative documents, shared data repositories, and reporting processes Prepare project status reports, presentations, dashboards, and meeting materials Assist with project research, data collection, and validation activities Coordinate activities of project sub-teams when needed Support project governance processes and ensure adherence to established project management standards Track action items, risks, issues, and follow-up activities to support successful project execution Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Experience coordinating project documentation, schedules, and reporting Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting project managers or project teams Exposure to project scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, or cost management activities Experience with project management methodologies, tools, or reporting systems Utility, engineering, infrastructure, construction, or operations experience Experience creating presentations and executive-level reporting materials #J-18808-Ljbffr HireTalent - Staffing & Recruiting Firm
