Sorts, delivers, and collects incoming/outgoing community and resident mail, and may perform basic office/clerical functions, maintaining visitor logs. Responds to resident emergencies by calling appropriate internal and external parties based on community protocol. Qualifications What it takes to be a Receptionist at Brookdale: Receptionists greet all visitors, answer questions, ensure guests sign sheets, direct calls, sort and deliver mail, maintain logs, and respond to emergencies per protocol.
