Commercial Interiors Foreman – Lead Specialized Interior Construction Teams

You will step into a vital leadership role driving high-quality commercial interior projects from kickoff to completion. This position offers you the unique opportunity to master complex interior builds while leveraging cutting-edge, project-specific preparation tools. Direct daily onsite operations for commercial interior projects to ensure strict compliance with architectural and MEP plans. Foster extreme collaboration among crew members and subcontractors to efficiently execute demanding field tasks. Lead project-specific preparation by participating in unique, timed AI-generated project tests at project handoff. Apply high-level technical construction knowledge to maintain code compliance and meet strict quality guidelines. Deliver a superior degree of finish on all commercial interior spaces by applying precise technical finesse. Mentor entry-level and junior field personnel to elevate their technical skills and field execution capabilities.

Strong foundational knowledge of commercial interior construction processes, architectural plans, and MEP coordination. Eager, self-motivated mindset with a strong drive to lead field operations and collaborate across teams. Ability to read, interpret, and execute detailed interior construction blueprints and structural codes.

2 or more years of related work experience in a commercial supervisory or foreman capacity. Completion of a trade program or possession of a technical certification in construction management. Active safety or technical certifications such as OSHA, Fall Protection, or Lift Operations.
