BODYWORKS, an H2 Health company, is seeking a full-time physical therapist (PT) or physical therapist assistant (PTA) to join our growing outpatient rehabilitation team in Oak Hill, West Virginia.

Your Role

Physical Therapist (PT)

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions.
• Treat orthopedic, sports medicine, post-operative, neurologic, vestibular, and other outpatient conditions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation utilizing available technology and support resources.

Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

• Implement treatment plans established by the supervising physical therapist.
• Provide skilled therapeutic interventions and patient education.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the physical therapist.
• Assist patients in achieving functional goals and improved quality of life.
• Document treatments accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to support exceptional patient outcomes.
