Personal Lines Account Manager

Bradish Associates is looking for a dependable, service-minded professional to join our Personal Lines team. We are a family-owned independent insurance agency that has served Chicagoland families and businesses for more than 35 years. Our agency is built around trusted relationships, thoughtful insurance guidance, and responsive personal service—not call centers or impersonal transactions. The Personal Lines Account Manager will help clients protect their homes, vehicles, and other personal assets. This position involves answering questions, handling policy changes, assisting with renewals, and helping clients understand their insurance options. Responsibilities Personal Lines Account Manager Full-Time | On-Site | Arlington Heights, Illinois Serve as a primary point of contact for personal insurance clients Assist with home, auto, umbrella, and other personal insurance policies Handle policy changes, billing questions, documents, and general service requests Gather information and prepare applications for new and renewal business Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and agency team members Review policies and documents for accuracy Maintain organized client records and follow up on open items Identify opportunities to improve coverage or better serve the client Who We Are Looking For The right person will be: Honest, dependable, and professional Friendly and comfortable communicating with clients Organized, accurate, and attentive to detail Able to manage multiple priorities and follow through consistently A thoughtful problem-solver with good judgment Teachable and interested in building a long-term career A strong fit for a close-knit, relationship-driven team Personal insurance experience and an Illinois Property and Casualty license are helpful, but we are willing to train the right person.
