IT Contracts Specialist

Job Description Insight Global is seeking an IT Contract Specialist for a large, complex healthcare IT environment. This individual will serve as a key partner to IT, Legal, Finance, Compliance, and Sourcing teams, supporting the review, negotiation, and execution of a wide range of technology contracts. The role plays a highly visible part in enabling strategic IT initiatives by ensuring agreements align with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and risk tolerance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, confident negotiating complex IT terms, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume enterprise setting.
