Take depositions, attend hearings, draft motions, and participate in mediation strategy. Provide strong written and oral advocacy. Qualifications 3 to 10+ years of experience in civil litigation. Experience handling civil litigation matters involving transportation, professional liability, medical malpractice, product liability, premises liability, commercial litigation, or related disputes.
