The Occupational Therapist role is to provide direct, quality, occupational therapy services to an established caseload, as well as provide clinical expertise and leadership within their scope of practice to the rest of the clinical team. The successful candidate will deliver professional and clinical expertise and work corroboratively with a high-performance team. Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy (required) Florida State License in good standing (required) Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred) Strong assessment and diagnostic skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children and families. At least 1 year of experience working with children with autism and/or developmental delays (preferred) Level II background screening (required) Medicaid number (required) Responsibilities: Evaluate pediatric clients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans Provide direct occupational therapy services focused on improving functional skills and independence Support development in areas such as sensory regulation, motor coordination, and activities of daily living (ADLs) Collaborate with a multidisciplinary therapy team to support holistic care plans Provide guidance and education to parents and caregivers Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes Contribute clinical expertise to support team collaboration and program development #J-18808-Ljbffr Shine Bright Therapy
