Driving company culture and vision Building healthy relationships with all departments Maintain performance standards Drive Efficient and Profitable Sales Retain Shop Productivity Customer Service / Hospitality / Retail experience building long-term relationships Self-starter, friendly, and ready to work Positive attitude & eagerness to learn and grow (internal development) Strong leader that understands the importance of strong relationships with their customers as well as co-workers Highly organized Ability to manage stress and multitask very well Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both with customers and other members of your team Enjoy helping people and ensuring customer satisfaction Valid driver’s license Represent All-Star Automotive at events and digital platforms We are looking for people that are driven to be highly successful.
