wWe are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Paralegal to support our clients practice in real estate and zoning matters. This role involves assisting with lease drafting, document preparation, and administrative support. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced legal environment

- tsAssist with real estate transactions, including document preparation and file manageme
- ntSupport zoning and land use matters, including preparing applications and organizing supporting materia
- lsConduct basic legal and municipal research related to zoning regulations and property recor
- dsPrepare and format legal documents using both computer-based systems and a typewrit

- l)Prepare correspondence, legal documents, and reports with high accura

Qualificati
- onsPrior experience as a paralegal or legal assistant, preferably in real estate or land use/zon
- ingFamiliarity with lease agreements and real estate documentat
- ionExperience using a typewriter or willingness to learn and use one regula
- rlyStrong typing and document formatting ski
- llsProficiency in Microsoft Word and basic office softw
- areExcellent attention to detail and organizational ski
