Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Ultrasound Tech - General to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality ultrasound examinations for obstetric and abdominal evaluations.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all procedures performed.
• Participate in an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Ensure proper operation and maintenance of ultrasound equipment.
• Prepare and review patient histories and clinical data prior to examinations.
• Adhere to infection control and safety practices at all times.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience with obstetric and abdominal Doppler ultrasound.
• Certification by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) in Abdominal and OB/GYN.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association.
• Experience with first, second, and third trimester assessments.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with patients and staff.
• Familiarity with PACS and applicable charting systems.
