HR Services Operations InternPosition Type: 3 – 6+ month internship; Part-Time or Full-Time; Non-Exempt. Compensation Range: $22.00 - $24.00 hourly, (DOE). This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who wants to work hard and become an indispensable member of our team.Job Duties and Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:Serving as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries via phone, email, or chat.Documenting, tracking, and resolving employee inquiries using HR ticketing systems.Following established call center protocols and performance metrics.Updating employee databases and personnel files.Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions.Perform other general HR duties as assigned.Some overtime, holidays, and weekends may be required.
