Job Summary Service Excellence Advocate (Patient Experience Advisor PRN) – Camden, NJ. Responsible for serving as a central resource for patient rights, advance directives, and ethical issues. Coordinates, investigates, and resolves patient grievances regarding quality of care and service through a formal grievance mechanism. Provides knowledge of the organization’s mission and policies to respond to patient questions and concerns. Respond to patient questions or concerns using knowledge of mission, policies, procedures, and services. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 5 years of customer service experience, hospital experience preferred. High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Analytical thinking/problem solving, complaint management, conflict negotiation, cultural brokerage. Self‑motivated, data‑management skills, excellent communication and listening skills. Professional manner, respectful, service‑oriented, self‑starter requiring limited supervision. Excellent customer service, patient interaction, and organizational skills.
