POSITION OVERVIEW/ROLE DESCRIPTION

Estate Planning Paralegal needed to prepare complex legal documents including wills, revocable/irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and gift tax returns. Will handle the probate process, notify beneficiaries, inventory assets, prepare and file estate tax returns and necessary probate court filings, maintain organized files and track deadlines for estate administration, coordinate the execution of documents, witness signings, and notarize documents.

Ideal candidate will have 2–3+ years of experience in trust and estate law, familiarity with probate procedures, a paralegal certificate or associate or bachelor's degree, high attention to detail, strong proofreading skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience with iManage.

QUALIFICATIONS
